OneTouch EMR Platinum Plan, offered by Lake Health Alliance, Inc. offers everything in the Gold plan PLUS adds the Practice Management and Billing Software with eClaims. Ideal for practices who accept insurances and wish to file electronically.  It also offers a robust reporting capability.

    eLAB INTEGRATION

    If you would like to have your lab integrated into OneTouch EMR, please provide the following information.

    If your lab request is with Quest Diagnostics, you may stop here. If it's with any other lab, please continue. NOTE: ALL OTHER LABS MUST CONTAIN THE INFORMATION LISTED BELOW OR INTEGRATION REQUEST CAN NOT BE SUBMITTED

    Once received, we will submit to the lab/lab rep. Once approved by the lab, it may take 4-6 weeks for the new interface to be completed, and ready for use. We will contact you with any additional information needed.

    PRACTICE MANAGEMENT / BILLING SOFTWARE

    We will have someone from the OneTouch Implementation team contact you to schedule a "Kick Off" call, so they may gather the required information necessary to setup the PM/Billing database, and coordinate a "Go Live" date with your office.
