I can't seem to log into my account

When you sign up for a FREE EMR account, you will receive two separate emails. The first is an "ACTIVATE" email. Once you you click the "ACTIVATE" button, you'll receive a second email with your account information.

What is "Basic" ePrescribing

Basic ePrescribing allows you to send one (1) non-narcotic electronic prescription at a time. "Advanced" ePrescribing allows multiple scripts to be sent at once.

Is my patient data secure?

Yes! We are fully CMS HIPAA Certified and use dual-layer 256k encryption on our servers.

What is "MailChimp" integration?

MailChimp is an optional FREE service which allows you to send attractive emails to patients, using several different pre-built templates which are provided by MailChimp. When integrating MailChimp with OneTouch, only names and email addresses are used.

I forgot my password

On the login page, select "Forgot Login?" and a new one will be sent to your email address.

Can I add labs?

Yes. Simply provide us with the name of your lab, your account #, Lab rep name/phone and email address and we will contact the lab to set up the interface

What is "Broadcasting"?

The Broadcasting feature allows you to send group messages to staff, or selected groups of internal staff. When Broadcasting to patients, you may send messages to "ALL" patients, or select groups of patients based upon search criteria. Messages sent to patients are sent via the Patient Portal.
