The Templates area of the system allows the user to create, edit and customize templates used for Review of System and Physical Exams. Physical Exam “PE” templates are especially unique, as the user may create any number of unique configurations to suit their needs. Templates provide you with the tools necessary to quickly and accurately record a patient’s conditions and are located in the “Preferences>>Templates” area of the menu bar.
