Patient Charts – Attachments

The ATTACHMENTS section stores all correspondence information with and/or about the patient. As you can see here, patient communication can take on a variety of forms, including but not limited to internal messages, phone conversations, letters, and uploaded documents. The method of communication determines which tab the correspondence will be logged in.

In this course we’ll cover all of the areas of the “Attachments” tab of the Patient Chart. These include;
